Dr. Kelsey Schaul attended University of Illinois for her undergraduate degree in Animal Sciences before attending University of Missouri College of Veterinary Medicine, where she graduated with her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 2019. Following school, she completed a small animal rotating internship at the Ohio State University. She then completed a small animal surgical specialty internship at Veterinary Specialty Center outside of Chicago and a second specialty internship at BluePearl - Kirkland in Seattle, WA. She eventually moved to Tampa, FL to complete her residency at BluePearl - Tampa and completed her training in 2025. Her special interests include thoracic surgery, oncologic surgery, and management of cranial cruciate ligament injury. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling spending time outdoors, traveling, and relaxing with her two cats, Tippy and Walter.
