Dr. Joseph Rea received a dual DVM/MPH degree from Tufts University, with an emphasis on wildlife, zoonotic disease, and antibiotic resistance. During his training, he focused on applying the tenets of public health and disease prevention to a clinical setting. He found a home in the emergency room, and particular gratification in providing care to pets when they need it.
