Due to the specialized nature of exotic pet care, we require all clients to call ahead before bringing in an exotic patient. This ensures that our team is prepared to provide the best possible care tailored to your pet's specific needs.

However, exotic pet care is only available on a limited basis, with one veterinarian seeing these patients on a rotating schedule three days per week. Please call us at 708-388-3771 prior to arrival to confirm availability and ensure your pet receives the care they need.

Symptoms that may require an emergency visit (non-exhaustive):

  • Not eating

  • Vomiting and Diarrhea

  • Acute pain, lameness

  • Trauma, bleeding

  • Fluffed feathers, sitting at bottom of cage (birds)
