Mike received his Bachelors degree in Molecular and Integrative Physiology from the University of Illinois. He attended the Veterinary Practice Management Program at the College of Veterinary Medicine at Purdue University and became a Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM) in 2015. Mike worked as a veterinary technician for 10 years before moving into a management role and now has over 10 years of experience leading specialty and emergency hospitals.

Outside of work Mike enjoys golf, fishing, camping, competition BBQ and spending time with his wife and two sons.
