Jessie Kordas is a native of Orland Park and graduated from Carl Sandburg High School. From there she went on to complete her Bachelor of Science with honors in Animal Sciences as well as minors in Chemistry and Leadership Studies. After graduation, she stuck around Champaign a few more years to pursue her DVM at the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine. She is excited to start her career in the fast paced, high energy world of emergency medicine!

In her free time she enjoys traveling, food, boating and taking her dog swimming. She has a rescue dog (Nestle) and Cat (Ludo) and hopes to eventually add some farm animals to the mix.
