Why Premier Veterinary Group?
Like other veterinary specialty and emergency, we have the advanced tools and diagnostics (CT, Ultrasound, etc.) as well as the training (board certified specialists, dedicated emergency doctors, etc.) to provide optimal care for your pet. What differentiates us from the others is our intense focus on providing the ultimate in customer service in our industry. Our goal is to make sure that every pet, every family, and every one of our referring veterinarians has a Premier experience, each and every time!
How do I reach a doctor to talk about my patient?
We are open 24 hours a day, every day. You can call at any time day or night to speak directly with a member of the medical team taking care of your client’s pet. At Premier we do not have a phone tree, there are no numbers to push; you will speak with a live person whenever you call. You simply have to let our client care representative who you are and your client’s pet’s name and he/she will connect you with the doctor in charge of the case.
When can I expect to be informed of my patient’s treatment and condition?
Reports are generally faxed to you as your client is being discharged. For hospitalized patients you will receive daily updates as well as calls from our doctors to discuss the case. As always, you can call anytime for additional information.
Does Premier offer CE opportunities?
At Premier Veterinary Group we believe that we should always be there for you. We offer a yearly symposium which offers management, technician, and DVM tracks. In addition to our own specialist we bring in nationally known speakers to enrich your CE experience. Our CE offerings focus on delivering you information and techniques that you can apply to your daily practice setting. We have also have recognized that you have a life outside of your practice(s) and we also offer CE topics focused on personal development. As always we offer Lunch ‘N Learns where we will come to your practice to deliver the CE directly to your staff.
Do you have free parking?
Yes, we have a free parking lot immediately in front of our building accessible from Belmont Ave. In addition we also have free rooftop parking accessible from N. Harding Ave, just off of Belmont Avenue.
