Get In Line for the ER Now Available in Orland Park and Chicago Hospitals: 

We are excited to offer our clients a wait at home option for stable, non-critical patient care. This application not only notifies you of our ER wait times, it also allows you to check into our triage line online, and wait at home until it’s your turn to be seen. You will receive text messages notifying you of your estimated visit time, updates if the time is pushed back, and informs you when it is time to leave their home to get to the hospital.

You now have the ability to wait in the comfort of your home, which decreases stress on the injured or sick pet. It also is intended to flatten the curve of incoming ER patients so the caseload is more manageable and less stressful for everyone.

This service is not currently available at our Grayslake hospital.  Check back soon for an update on when we will be adding this service.

 

Coronavirus Update:

We are adopting a concierge approach at our hospital to prevent the potential community spread of COVID-19 and to protect our team members. We are only allowing patients (pets) inside our hospital until further notice.  The safety and well-being of our teams and your pets are our highest priority today, and always. Hospital procedures, curb-side service, medication refills, and more are outlined here.

When you arrive at our hospital, please call our hospital and a team member will greet you and retrieve your pet. Once your pet is in the hospital, the doctor or technician will update you on their condition and the recommended care plan.

The health and safety of our clients, patients, and team members are top priorities for us. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to your local Premier hospital.
